SKI CONDITIONING PILATES
*SKILATES*
6 Weeks to Get Strong for Snow Season ⛷️
We’re kicking off a new 6-week progressive Ski Conditioning Pilates program designed to get you strong, stable, balanced, and ready for the mountain.
From October 12–November 20, we’ll use ALL the equipment in the studio—Reformer, Chair, Tower, BOSU, and other stability props—to create an athletic, circuit-style workout specifically focused on the strength and control you need for skiing.
What to Expect:
This program is all about progressive strength.
Think Strength class meets ski conditioning—with plenty of legs, glutes, core, balance, stability, and endurance.
Get ready for a big snow year with 6 weeks of progressive, ski-focused Pilates designed to build the strength, stability, balance, and endurance you need to feel strong on the mountain.
Each week builds on the last, challenging your legs, core, balance, agility and overall stability so you can head into ski season feeling strong, controlled, and ready to ski longer and harder.
How it Works:
Commit to 1 or 2 classes per week for all 6 weeks, and sign up for your classes upfront.
Choose the same class each week for consistency and routine
Sign up for different sessions each week if you need more flexibility with your schedule
If you miss a class, you may rebook into another session that week if space is available
If you choose to come 2x per week, your second session will be a variation of the first session of the week—very similar movements and muscle groups, with slight progressions and variations to continue challenging your body without starting from scratch.

Please read the following terms and conditions before purchasing or participating in the SKILATES 6-Week Ski Conditioning Program. By purchasing a SKILATES package and booking a SKILATES class, you agree to the terms and conditions below, as well as the general Spring Pilates Terms & Conditions.
1. SKILATES PACKAGE REQUIRED
SKILATES classes are only available to clients who have purchased a specific SKILATES punch card.
SKILATES punch cards are available as either:
1 class per week for 6 weeks
2 classes per week for 6 weeks
A regular Spring Pilates membership, class pack, drop-in, or other package cannot be used to book SKILATES classes.
2. SIX-WEEK PROGRAM
SKILATES is a progressive 6-week program. Your package is designed for the specific six-week program period and must be used during that program.
If you choose the 1x/week option, you will receive one SKILATES class per week. If you choose the 2x/week option, you will receive two SKILATES classes per week.
Unused weekly classes do not roll over. If you miss a week, that week's class punch is forfeited and cannot be saved or used during a subsequent week.
3. NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS
All SKILATES purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
SKILATES packages cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for another Spring Pilates package, or converted to regular Spring Pilates classes.
4. CANCELLATIONS & MAKE-UP CLASSES
If you are unable to attend a SKILATES class, you must cancel your booking at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time.
When cancelled within the required 12-hour window, your SKILATES class punch may be rebooked for another SKILATES session later that same week, subject to availability.
A make-up class is not guaranteed. If there is no availability in another SKILATES session that week, the class will be forfeited.
A class cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice is considered a late cancellation and the class punch will be forfeited. That class cannot be rebooked or carried forward to a future week.
5. NO-SHOW POLICY
If you book a SKILATES class and do not attend, your class punch will be forfeited and you will be charged a $25 no-show fee.
Arriving more than 5 minutes late is considered a no-show and may result in being denied entry for safety reasons.
6. BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
All SKILATES bookings and cancellations must be completed online through the Spring Pilates website or Momence app.
Spring Pilates does not accept or process cancellation requests via:
Text message
Email
Phone call
Social media
Clients are responsible for managing their own bookings and cancellations through their Momence account.
7. WAITLISTS
If a SKILATES class is full, you may join the waitlist through Momence. Waitlist policies and the standard Spring Pilates late-cancellation and no-show policies apply.
If you are moved from the waitlist into a class, you are responsible for attending or cancelling within the required 12-hour cancellation window.
8. PROGRAM AVAILABILITY
Space in SKILATES is limited. Purchasing a SKILATES package does not guarantee that you will be able to make up a missed class in another session.
Spring Pilates reserves the right to modify the instructor, class schedule, or class format when necessary. In the event that Spring Pilates must cancel a class, clients will be offered an appropriate alternative when available.
9. GENERAL SPRING PILATES TERMS
All other Spring Pilates policies, including studio conduct, safety requirements, late-arrival policies, and general booking policies, remain in effect and can be found on the Spring Pilates website.
By purchasing a SKILATES package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
