Please read through the terms and conditions before enrolling at Spring Pilates. When enrolling as a client of Spring Pilates, you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on the Spring Pilates website www.pilatescarbondale.com

General terms & conditions

1. Our Introductory offer is a choice of either 50% off the drop-in rate one single class, 3 classes for $50 (valid for 14 days) OR 2 privates + 4 group classes for $300 (valid for 30 days.) All intro offers are only available to first time clients and are non-refundable nor transferable. You may only purchase one of the introductory offers. If you purchase the 3 pack your 14 day period will activate from the date of your first class booking. If you purchase the private + class combo your 30 days will activate the date of your first booking. Clients found to be buying multiple Introductory Offers will be suspended and charged any additional class costs they may have incurred.

2.  Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to group class start time will forfeit that session. No-shows and absences will forfeit that session AND be charge $25. This applies to everyone, class packs, Memberships and drop-ins. If you receive an email saying you did not attend a class but you know you were there, please notify Spring Pilates at hello@pilatescarbondale.com as soon as possible.

Please try cancel with as much notice possible to allow for other clients to book in. You may cancel online through your Momence account or the app. If session is cancelled within the required time frame the session will automatically add back to your account.

Private Sessions have a 24 hour late cancellation window. Please make every effort to cancel before such time or the full session price will be forfeit. 

3. Payment must be made prior to booking. To book into a class you must either have pre-purchased sessions in your account or an active membership. Any classes taken above and beyond your active membership or passes must be paid for. 

4. Out of consideration for the instructor and other clients, please don't be late. Please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, if you’re late you forfeit the session and are considered a No Show. Empty reformers at the start of class will be given to our waitlisted or walk-ins clients.  Entry after 5 minutes into class will be denied for your safety and to ensure no interruption to clients currently in session.

For private sessions, your session time will not be extended and will end at the scheduled time, if you are more than 15 minutes late, without any notice, the instructor is free to leave, you will be charged for the full amount of that session.

5. Owners and/or instructors reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons; and owners and/or instructors reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.

6. If a class is full, join the waitlist! Should a place become available you will receive an email or text from us notifying you a place in the class. If you cannot make it, please cancel as soon as possible so your place can be offered to the next client on the list. If it is within 12 hours notice and you can no longer make it please email us so we can manually remove and credit you otherwise late cancellation and no show charges do apply to missing a class you were placed into from the waitlist. 

7. Class Packs are valid for 6 months from purchase date. Sessions are non-refundable and are not transferable but can be extended if you are injured, in which case we will request a medical note. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested prior to the expiration date.  

8. All of our memberships have a 12 week minimum commitment – after that they can be cancelled at any time. Holds on your account can be placed with a 7 day minimum notice for up to 6 weeks, except in the case of injury/pregnancy. Please let us know if you require a long-term medical hold. All suspensions must align with existing payment cycles. 

9.  Sessions are not transferrable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.

10. Gift cards can be used for Pilates classes, privates and products at Spring Pilates. They are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. Spring Pilates does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on Gift Cards for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All sales are final.

11. Spring Pilates reserves the right to cancel a class with only 1 client booking. The client will be offered a spot in a class at the same or similar time with the same style where available. Spring Pilates reserves the right to change the class type or instructor due to illness/emergency. Any changes will be communicated in as timely a manner as possible via email and/or SMS. 

12. Spring Pilates accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Venmo. Bookings can be made in person at the studio, through the Momence mobile app and online through our website www.pilatescarbondale.com

13. Please wear clothing that allows a full range of motion. Leggings, yoga pants, or bike shorts, paired with a comfortable top work best. Shoes are not permitted in the studio. Please wear grip socks, they are required. Remember to silence your cell phone!

Membership terms & conditions

1. All Memberships operate on a 30 day autopay schedule from the credit card stored in Momence (a secure system). Payment will continue unless notified (see Termination Policy below).

2. Memberships will continue with scheduled auto-pays unless Spring Pilates is notified of a termination request in writing (see Termination Policy below). If your auto-pay fails, Momence will provide a three day grace period to process your membership payment before your account will be locked for future bookings and your current classes will be cancelled.  

3. Memberships may be subject to price increase, but will be communicated in writing 4 weeks prior to any change.

4. Failed Membership payments will incur a $10 fee for every day the payment fails to process. This fee will be processed as a debit on the clients Momence account which will be processed with the Membership payment.

5. On the third day of payment failing to process all booked classes will be cancelled and the Membership will be placed on hold. The failed Membership charge, plus any outstanding fees will be processed as a debit on the clients Momence account, to be balanced within 7 days or the account will be terminated. 

Membership suspensions/holds

At least 7 days written notice is required for membership pause/suspensions. This ensures that the correct measures are put in place to cease credit card payments that are scheduled for the given period.  After your initial 12-week commitment membership holds/pauses are unlimited. Membership termination

1. Spring Pilates requires at least 30 days written notice via email to terminate membership. Please email request to hello@pilatescarbondale.com

2. In the case of long term or permanent injury or illness that prevents the use of our services, immediate membership termination will be permitted. Termination will take effect from the date we receive written confirmation from a medical doctor.

3. Spring Pilates may terminate a membership without notice for inappropriate, offensive or illegal behavior, as determined by us, which occurs on our premises or is directed at our staff or other members
